Understanding how people truly live how they gather and how they grow shaped Teakwood launched in 2022, just as the world was finding its breath again after the pandemic. Teakwood offered a fresh start in form, in function, and in feeling. It was more than a new development; it became a neighborhood landmark.

We offered two tropical modern home types:
• TWA: 100 sqm building on 80 sqm land ideal for young families and smart living.
• TWB: 170 sqm building on 140 sqm land perfect for growing households needing more
space and flow.
For this spacious yet modern units offered in a quite affordable price among other houses in Jakarta area, only around 2-3 Billion rupiah. Every element was designed with behavioral insight, ensuring spaces that feel just right from shared areas full of light to private corners made for rest and reflection. The response? Overwhelming. Despite launching not long after COVID, every unit sold out within months. And more than just sales numbers, what moved us most was the joy of the families who found their future here.
