We wanted to push our own boundaries experiment with upgraded materials, introduce better finishes, and explore what happens when more care is given to the little things: the lines of the staircase, the way natural light fills the room, the feeling when you open the door and step inside.

With two floors and a carefully designed layout, Laguna House became our prototype for a new class of homes still attainable, but more refined. It was where we tested, learned, and fine-tuned every detail for what would come next. This wasn’t just a house. It was our design lab, our quality benchmark, and a bold statement: we’re growing, and so is our standard.
