A humble beginning in rural Batam, KEPRI. We set out with a bold ambition: to build 380 homes in merely 50.000 sqm area for hardworking laborers and first time homeowners people who had never imagined owning a place of their own.
The price? As low as 200 million Rupiah. The impact? Immeasurable. We sat with families who spent years in cramped rentals, saved every rupiah with hope, and prayed for a chance. With Graha Mas, that chance became reality. Graha Mas wasn’t just the start of our company. It was the start of hundreds of new lives, new dreams, and new beginnings.
